How to play?
MahJong Online has the same rules as the classic version of the game. There are 144 tiles on the field. The player's task is to combine all identical elements and clear the area. It's not as easy as it may seem - the tiles can't be chosen randomly.
MahJong Online has several characteristic features:
- before starting a round, the user can choose a suitable configuration of the playing field among the dozens available;
- there is a generator of levels - the system will generate a completely random variant of the arrangement of tiles, which makes its passage more difficult;
- full-screen game mode is possible;
- the user can choose the design of tiles, background and other parameters.
In total there are seven types of elements in the game: circles, bamboo, objects, seasons, flowers, wind and dragons. The playing field is multi-layered. Each new layer opens more tiles, and the player gets new options for combinations.
Game rules
The basic rules of the game:
- only tiles with the same images can be combined and removed;
- the Seasons and Flowers elements are not universal;
- only tiles with a free side can be selected;
- time is not taken into account in the game.
The timer exists only to record your own progress of passing. It has no effect on passing. MahJong Online has an unlimited number of hints. The game pauses as soon as the user minimises the browser tab. Compete with friends and set new records.
